lemonade with honey
breakfast-brown bread -one slice,moong sprouts,fruits-seasonal preferably papaya,oranges,grapes/ oats with salt ,water and vegetables or with milkand vegetable soup without cornflour
lunch-one small cup brown rice,dal,chick peas or rajma (at times),seasonal vegetables cooked in minimum oil and salad,cottage cheese(twice a week) cooked in minimum oil.The oil used in cooking is either olive oil,cannola ,sunflower or mustard oil
tea-green tea with honey and roasted chanas or marie digestive biscuit
dinner- two rotis,salad,one cup dal,vegetables and thrice a week baked fish in yoghurt
this is my diet regime which has let me lose 6 kilos over a period of eight months.I also walk regularly and occasionly eat out.I avoid fried and sweet stuff but do not live in constant denial.One chocolate means less rice at lunch and one more round of walking in the Park.
